• Once in front of the client, the rest is up to you.

What we don't do

• We don't pester you with unsuitable vacancies - unless our information about you is out of date. So please, make sure OUR COPY of your CV is up to date. If necessary, update your CV now
• We don't sell jobs to candidates
• We don't sell candidates to companies
• We do not send your CV unbidden to all and sundry. We only send it to a client after getting your express permission
• We do not take up references from current or former employers without your express permission.

The importance of you as a candidate

Without clients and candidates, we wouldn't have a business.

Can you get me a job?

We don't get people jobs. We are client-driven; we find the right people for positions that clients ask us to fill.

Can you find me a job?

Only if one of our clients is looking for someone like you.

Can you give me a list of jobs?

We don't operate in that way. We match people and jobs very carefully. That's our expertise.

What do you do with my CV?

Scan it into our database. Then when your profile matches a position a client has asked us to fill, with your permission we show it to prospective employers.

How long will it take to get another job?

That depends on how much your skills are in demand.

When will I hear anything from you?

We will contact you as soon as we have a vacancy that may be of interest to you.

When will I get an interview with you?

At a mutually convenient time - when a client's and your needs coincide.
